Dr. Tara Chand Agarwal did his M.Phil., Ph. D. from Sambalpur University, M.A. from Visva-Bharti University, M.Ed, from Barkatullah University. Presently he is working as Asst. Prof. in Education at T.T.T. College, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. He has nine years of teaching experience  in B.Ed., M.Ed. and ETE. He has been working as Resource Person, Academic Counselor and Assignment Evaluator in IGNOU study centre since 2001.
