L.K. Rana has had his M.Phil., Ph. D. from Sambalpur university, M.A. from Visva-Bharti University, M.Ed, from Barkatullah university, P.G. Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from NCERT(New Delhi) and qualified UGC-NET for lectureship in Education. Presently he is working as Asst. Prof, in Education in T.T.T. College, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. He has nine years of teaching experiences in teaching the subject Education in B.Ed., M.Ed., ETE level. He has been working as Resource person, Academic counsellor and Assignment evaluator in IGNOU study centre since 2005. He has been contributing research papers to various national and international journals. He has actively participated in number of seminars, workshops and professional gatherings. His area of specialization is Educational Psychology, Educational Measurement and evaluation, Guidance and Counselling, Teacher Education and Technology.
