Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from NCERT (New Delhi) and qualified UGC-NET for lectureship in Education. Presently he is working as Asst. Prof. in Education at T.T.T. College, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. He has nine years of teaching experience in B.Ed., M.Ed. and ETE. He has been working as Resource Person, Academic Counselor and Assignment Evaluator in IGNOU study centre since 2001. He has been contributing research papers to various national and international journals.
