We are very happy to place before you the book entitled "Modern Corporate Accounting " which is basically intended for student of B.com., B.B.A., M.Com., M.B.A., C.A.,ICWA, and C.S. examination. The biggest problem faced by the student at the time of selection of unique book on "Modern Corporate Accounting ", which fully caters the syllabi in terms of contents as well as level of knowledge required, for appearing in the aforesaid examinations. The problem is that the level of knowledge expected of the student at their level is not properly appraised by most of the authors. The end result is either a very simple of very difficult book on th subject. We have tried in a humble way to fill up this gap by preparing a standard book which graduates from no so simple beginning to a not so taught end of the discussion of the contents.
