Tourism in this region is flourishing as there is enormous treasure of the interest of people who return with satisfaction for enjoying the life in arid region where pollution is quite low and people appear cheerful and healthy. Tourism is mode of prosperity to host country and area as this activity is helpful in employment generation and upgrading the prosperity of the region. Women are coming forward in every spheres of life and tourism is one of the challenging activities for them. There are various disciplines where women have dominance and in other areas are involved for prospering the tourism with their concerted efforts. Women have creative instinct and they can be helpful in tourism development in the region for which capacity building and skill development is necessary.
